I would like to change my profile picture in ROBLOX DevForum but I don’t know-how.

The “profile picture” is actually a picture of your avatar. So, when you change your avatar, your DevForum profile picture will also change (eventually). I have found that this takes quite a long time. In fact, I think you have to log out and log back in for it to update (at least, that is what I have observed through my avatar changes).
P.S. The category is correct!
