How would I change a players rank in a group VIA script?

I am trying to make it so when I type in a player’s ID I can change the player’s group rank (If they’re in the group) while in-game without having to go to the group. If you know how please lmk!

Is there a way to set rank and role for members of my group through a script in the game?

You have to use some sort of off site web server to access the Roblox API. I personally use glitch as it is free but can be upgraded to a higher level of service for cheap.
