I don’t think so, no. I think you may have to download the image and resize it or if you have the file already, resize it.
Afterwards you have to upload it again.

Give the decal some time to get past moderation.

The solutions by @km7dev and @dude8074alt worked in studio, but not in roblox. I found the issue with my code earlier, the things just didn’t go through moderation.
