What I linked above could potentially guide you in the right way, however you’d probably have to add your own twists to achieve your specific use case.

The posts within the thread might also somewhat help, if not, I would just consider using archimedes for the circular structure itself but rotating the parts to the side manually, might take a while and be tedious but would eventually get your result.
