How would I wrap clothes around meshparts?

I just generally am confused, I have seen it before but am not quite sure how to go about it. ;/

This post might help: How to import models from blender with textures without baking?
You have to create the texture on the Mesh in Blender (or whatever 3D program you are using) and then combine them.

I am meaning like the roblox default clothes, like the ones you buy from the avatar store.

Yes, but if you look at the Roblox clothes, they are ‘mapped’ to wrap around the block Parts that a player is made of.
If you have a MeshPart that is any other shape than that it won’t fit.
Imagine the curves and rounded edges of the shoulders of the purple suit in the picture you posted, if you unwrapped the 2 dimensional flat decal that covers that Mesh, it wouldn’t fit on your default Roblox character.
