I cannot configure and put on sale the ugc's item price

when i try to configure the items price, it gives me an error with 403 forbidden?? can someone help me to get rid of that error,

i have been trying to change the price of my items in group like for a day, i contacted roblox support and they didnt reply yet, does anybody else having this problem? Please reply!!

so now u need to buy premuim to put on sale items…

and i bought premuim 1000, so on my premuim group owner acc it doesnt show it right? so i put the price to “50” and it gives the same error, and doesnt put my item to sale???

i tried before contacting the roblox support and they r saying that they r “fixing this issue” and it is still not fixed, i have to ask a UGC CREATOR to put them ON SALE, idk currently ugc creators can put on sale items now

when i went to that site, it said “MethodNotAllowed” , what does that mean? like i have premium 1000 and it still doesn’t let me do anything…

intresting… it didnt say u have to have id verifiacition to put on sale items, it said its not required for group owners? idk who they ment as “publishing user” but it def didnt say that you need id on the creator dashboard
