I cant get this mirage effect to in robloxs at all i've tried everything any ideas i am trying to make it scripted {Not the BLUR}

i just can’t figure out away to get this effect to look half good i’ve tried particals beams water overlapping parts GUI screen effects. i NEED this to be apart of the desert in my game

Maybe try Glass material? Not sure if this can be done on Roblox. Dynamically loaded TerrainWater also can have this affect but only on higher graphics settings making it useless for what you want.
