As long as you understand their intentions through words, grammar is fine.
If you don’t understand it, you could always ask them to reiterate and reword their sentence, no need to have a condescending attitude towards something that someone can’t control in the matter of a second.

First of all, i asked them once and there was no attitude attached just me asking them to enhance their grammer for easier communication.
