I did a Devex on 2/26 but I entered my name wrong which resulted in a denied Devex, but after that I tried about 4 times and it resulted in the same problem, I created a ticket in support talking about what happened and they didn’t respond to me.

Yes, I put everything right, I just got the name wrong this time and after that it keeps rejecting.
I guess you have to go to Roblox Support and put DevEx category, then explain what happen, they’ll respond you by mail. be sure you put the right email

This isn’t really a bug report, you put in the name incorrectly and that’s not a bug.
