Hello there! Upon further inspection, the author of the video has linked a GitHub page for a LUA library named Neuro in the video description.

I have no experience in machine learning, but I’d begin by analysing how it was implemented by the video author, as the experience is uncopylocked and you can download it. However, I personally don’t think this solution has a practical application due to how neural networks work.
