What is the control scheme of the commands being sent to the Prismatic joints? Are you simply sending desired position which varies with time or desired velocities?
Honestly amazing and super cool, never seen something like this and so detailed, great work! 
I am parsing a GCODE file and getting the coords there. The coords are divided by the size of the builtplate in ROBLOX. The velocity depends on the specified hotend speed.

With the Prismatic constraint, are you telling the Servo to go to a desired position or a desired velocity? These would be two different goals.
The sound made me jump at first but… WOW! That is so cool! Amazing Design! How long did it take you to make that?
