I need help. The badge I rewarded players didn't show on their profiles why?

I created a badge for completing my game. It worked before but lately, after players finished it, they said they have been notified that they got a badge, it popped on the screen but somehow, it didn’t show on their profiles. Has someone experienced the same issue?

Wait… I am not the only one with this problem???
Here is what I found:

-Badges do get “awarded”.
-Badges do NOT show up in the profile.
-Badges do gain a “won today” count
-Badges do not show up ANYWHERE in the profile… but if I click the original badge in the gamepage…It does say I have won it…

I thought I was the problem…
Tried to solve this for 2 days now.

Probably just a website bug on ROBLOX’s end if that’s the case, bit strange though that the badge doesn’t appear on their profiles (Bug report moment)

New founding:
-It only happends to a single game of me. (Other games do still give badges that are shown)
-It did not happend a few weeks ago (I have 3 badges shown in profile won 3 weeks ago)
-It affects all players that get badges from my game (Do not show in profile)

I think it has to do something with configuration or something…
Its litterly the same script I use for other games.

Will keep u guys updated. (I cant sleep before I find a solution)

  • I deleted one of the 3 badges I did win.
    I collected it again…It does not show on profile now…

UPDATE!!
I don’t know if I can post youtube links here at the forum…
But I found a video descibing my problem (posted 1 day ago)
underneath a lot of people talkes about a lot of people with the same problem…

It seems… roblox changed something…
Badges now show LAST in the inventory…
I hope this is a bug… because I hate it if this is a decision.

Of course we want to show off our NEWEST badges.

Wow, you’re right! It popped on the last page and the acct I checked has 17 pages XD
What a bummer! Since I considered a badge as some kind of tool we use to PR our games. Now it doesn’t matter anymore.

Idk if we’re able to use the “Report Bug” (Beta feature) since there’s literally no way of getting the Regular rank for now, and I mean it’s not that serious but it is a bug so
