I put wrong bank account number for devex

It couldn’t have gotten into someone else’s account because that number doesn’t exist but on tipalti it said “paid” on the payment history. What can I do here? Is there a chance for me to get my money?

I mean… contacting Roblox Support seems to be the only solution here. I don’t see how could anyone who’s not affiliated with such programs know any better what you should do and the actions you should take

I believe that, the best option is to enter in contact with Tipalti Customer Support about this. The alternative that the others gave was going to Roblox Customer Support, but after analyzing carefully about the topic and the form, there isn’t any subcategory that matches with your problem when selecting “Developer Exchange (DevEx)”.

See if you can enter contact with them by chatting creating a support request. The form’s structure is similar to Discord:

I’m only asking questions here in case anyone have experienced similar situation so I know what to expect. I don’t know why people take this post as if I’m asking them to do the refunding but that’s not what I’m asking.
