For flying I would simply check if in short amount of time player went up very fast up (like 5-15 studs), if he/she did, then put player to nearest ground. This also depends on your game.
In my game, people don’t “buy” more walkspeed. They either run 32 walkspeed, or sprint like 60 walkspeed. So I could find out if the walkspeed is 32 or 60 and if it is not, then give them a warning.
