Ideal Raycast+Hitbox Modules

There are so many Raycast modules for projectiles and etc, but I haven’t gotten around to deciding one of them

I’m working on a game where arms are not the primary focus of the game, but would be nice to have specific goals for the feature.

What I’m looking for:

  • Simple, lexical, and lightweight implementation (although likely impossible for my case)
  • Instantaneous, the calculations of when bullets arrive does not matter
  • Pass-through object options
  • Allows you to skip setting up hitboxes while detecting characters in the way
  • If it has communications, client points position and server calculates positions.

I haven’t done much research since I don’t have time, but the purpose of modules is to save developer’s time
