Sorry about the confusion. As we continue to try make it easier to discover and use voice chat, we’re introducing functionality to enable or disable voice from the experience itself. You can follow steps below to disconnect voice chat and preference persists across game sessions.
- Tap open the Roblox menu in the upper left of the screen
- Navigate to Settings tab
- Click “Connect” or “Disconnect” button next to Voice Chat
- In case you change your mind and want to connect to voice again, you can click on the “connect” icon in game top level menu
