The THIRST text should be as crisp as the HUNGER text. The two images show the randomness in the image quality changes.
My 31x31 icon for right click is now awful quality. The top scrollbar image is lower too.
I noticed this happening for the first time today. All of these are older images uploaded before today and In multiple tests images seem to randomly be full quality or low quality, there doesn’t seem to be a specific trigger.
I’m running a Windows 10 computer on the most up to date version of Roblox.
UPDATE 1: Clearing out %temp%/Roblox/http seems to have fixed the issue. I’ll update if it returns.
UPDATE 2: Opening my game in studio and playing my published test place makes the low quality images return. It still seems totally random which images end up low quality.
Sure. Here is what I found after deleting the http folder contents:
first play session on the published game, everything loaded fine
second play session, everything loaded fine
third play session, everything loaded fine
opening up the place from an .rbxl file in studio and testing there has random low quality images
closing studio then playing the published game for a 4th time now has random low quality images
playing on the published place again yields random low quality images
It really is random, some of the images that were blurry in Studio aren’t blurry in game and vice versa. I can’t find any rhyme or reason as to what images its picking to make low quality too. Yesterday the images we use for our compass were fine, today they’re not.
