I have a slight problem over here, with this new Marketplace Safety I am labeled as an “Unverified Creator” on my plugins.
I have verified my age (through my ID) and I have verified my phone number, yet I am still labeled as an “Unverified Creator”. This comes as a problem to me because I have multiple plugins published which now won’t reach as much people as they did before.
Am I missing something? Who should I contact to get this resolved? Is the Marketplace Safety more strict on Plugins…?

I feel like it is still rolling out,
my age is verified for like 4-5 months already but my uploaded models still say that I am an unverified creator. Does anyone know if this is normal ? Is it completely out already?
Also, just thought I’d mention that users who have their phone number verified were supposed to have access to Spatial Voice and that’s something I’ve mentioned in my posts to this topic earlier. Maybe we could take a look at the chat client code and see if that’s been updated? (by testing the game, going into the chat service in explorer and copying the folders and scripts and reading them)
Faking phone numbers is incredibly easy and legal however faking an ID is extremally difficult and can lead to serious jail time. At this point just get an ID it makes Roblox verification a lot safer.
