The game does not have any of these, its purely core-ui that shows the player name.
they could have made a custom leadeboardgui with custom roblox-like leaderboard activate button, or if using the new coregui um like with chat you can hide the window without the toggle being disabled, they did that somehow, and for the exact styles of the leaderboard they just duplicated the roblox leaderboard while coregui show enabled in studio and pasted it in the screengui, and scripted it (i used the duplication trick to duplicate the roblox toobar to understand dimensions for my topbar module)
I like your answer but you CANT modify the roblox core gui in any way, you can ofc copy it and use it but you cant do anything to the player’s coreui unless external cheats / roblox vulnerability

maybe the “admin” was using an exploit which exploited remote interface changes, or a loophole in the coregui security, or maybe
the player whose name was changed had 1000 robux and the admin priv chatted him to change user and ye
exploits are excluded, cheating on your main means that u want ur acc to get banned, exploits are always detected since the cheat developers are purely lazy.
and the name does not update within the same session after being purchsaed and he changed the name back which means the developers may have found a loophole

Maybe using a fake player list? You won’t get banned for specifying anything here haha, if you would, why do you expect anybody to tell you how to do it?
as i said ; if I report the game to roblox, they wouldn’t even announce if the bug has been fixed, hella, they wouldn’t even do anything
- as i said its for learning purposes, i never abused a bug on roblox studio that leads to critical vulns
i dont expect someone to tell me the solution, just a idea that may be put to practice. please read what i said above since a lot will say that i can use fake things like playerlists

- This is a lie. Staff responds very quickly to bug reports. You just want to use it before it’s gone for bragging rights.

Not gonna start an argument but if you just want to prove me wrong, then do it, I am not lying and I am not bragging to use this, I don’t have any projects to use it on, or any showcases that will / wont get advertised + why would I lie and waste my time on smth like this? its only because I want to learn stuff. And I didnt say i want or i dont want to report it, roblox should add a place where we can report and ask them for place verifications, so they can find crit vulns and stuff, and why would i get banned for this? roblox staff is weird, and I am obviously just asking people to give me vulnerabilities info…

His comments make it seem like he wants the username to change in the leaderboard. The only way to do this would be for the player to change their username, but he keeps insiting it’s possible
