For UGC items, the ‘buy’ button will not disappear even if you own the item. This issue only occurs with newly created UGC items.

Also, even if you own the item, if you try to buy it again, you will get an error like this:
Expected behavior
If you own the item, only the message ‘This item is available in your inventory’ should appear. The purchase button should not be visible.
