Incorrect order of PostSimulation, Queue Delayed Scripts and Heartbeat

Here is a topic where I believe I was pretty close to understanding what exactly happens but I still believe there is a bug here since there are some missing parts such as explanation of why “Deferred” prints have this order.

So I believe there is some bug with task.defer().

I would say I was pretty close to finishing the logic of all of that, but I have come to the strange wall that makes me think that unfortunately there is a bug / bugs here. But I don’t know, maybe someone can fully finish my logic.
