Hey! Basically, I got an issue with in-studio and in-game unions becoming invisible randomly and not turning back! This is not okay and I am mad, that when I spend hours on a project, they become invisible and I have to redo them. Is there any solution? Because by time even more become invisible!!

This is pretty common unfortunately. A good habit is to save your build to a different file each time, so you have a collection of different points of progress that you can turn back to in the case that some unions become corrupted.
