Is it possible to make my deleted game playable again by removing the things inside that broke TOS?

I will be able to publish the game, however since it is under review, nobody can play the game, so would I tell roblox that i removed the copyrighted asset and request they bring my game back up?

Hopfully.

If not, publish it as a new game and put the new link in the old game’s desription.

I heard people say that when something in their game breaks tos and their game gets under review, they just remove it and their game is back up like normal, even in the roblox wiki it says that, but i did contact roblox support saying i would do that exact thing but have not gotten a response yet

Ok. Try it.

But, I THINK “Roblox Wiki” isn’t an official part of Roblox.

You should have a responce from roblox soon.

Do what you can!

It sad how roblox didn’t give me a warning beforehand and just straight up deleted my game for something i could have removed in 30 seconds

Just like what i said before, it seems more logical to request i remove the asset instead of deleting the entire game but I’m not complaining against what roblox does but i find it unfair

Yes, If you remove the things they ask you to remove when they PM you on Roblox the reason for your game being taken down you can email them to have your game reopened. This has happened to me multiple times in the past.

The only thing they sent me was that my game was taken down for copyright Infringement, they didn’t specify what was copyrighted but i assume it’s the mario character since it happened quickly when I updated the game with the character

It didn’t happen to any other character before

If they said it was copyright infringement then simply remove the copyrighted material and email them. It will usually take them under a week to review and reopen your game.

So i can do that even if the game is Content Deleted

You can still contact roblox no matter what, and we are suggesting you to do so.

In assuming that as soon as I try to edit the game it will be the default roblox place but I’ll be able to revert the place to normal and remove the copyrighted assets

Well i have already said many times now that I have contacted them but have not gotten a response, and they say multiple emails are delayed or ignored

Unsure because my game we got warned for alcohol use (We had to rename the drinks) but never got are game opened so we just duplicated the place and now we just use that.

But is it against TOS to duplicate a deleted game?

It wasn’t deleted just under review, a deleted game is gone forever.

So you’re saying that my game is gone forever?

No, it’s not against ToS unless you duplicated the game without changing the offending content.

If you have the place in Roblox Studio (which you should) you can republish the game using that file.

But can I still attempt to get the original game back up, because I would prefer that, duplicating is something I would do if all else fails
