Is it possible to make my deleted game playable again by removing the things inside that broke TOS?

If they said it was copyright infringement then simply remove the copyrighted material and email them. It will usually take them under a week to review and reopen your game.

You can still contact roblox no matter what, and we are suggesting you to do so.

In assuming that as soon as I try to edit the game it will be the default roblox place but I’ll be able to revert the place to normal and remove the copyrighted assets

Well i have already said many times now that I have contacted them but have not gotten a response, and they say multiple emails are delayed or ignored

Unsure because my game we got warned for alcohol use (We had to rename the drinks) but never got are game opened so we just duplicated the place and now we just use that.

It wasn’t deleted just under review, a deleted game is gone forever.

No, it’s not against ToS unless you duplicated the game without changing the offending content.

If you have the place in Roblox Studio (which you should) you can republish the game using that file.

But can I still attempt to get the original game back up, because I would prefer that, duplicating is something I would do if all else fails

This is not sure since my game has never been deleted, if your game was deleted due to copyright infringement by Nintendo due to the model being the Mario character, but if you didn’t make the model but still put it in your game it wouldn’t be your fault?? :confused:

I mean, I’ve never had a game taken down, but I’m pretty sure you can just update the place.

That’s exactly what happened, though nintendo didn’t directly tell roblox to delete my game, roblox knows games are not allowed to have nintendo characters so they deleted mine when I was trying to make a icon with mario in it

I also did not know mario was copyrighted, so it’s really not my fault

Yes, Mario is copyrighted by Nintendo. They are very stringent and protective of their brands.

But is the answer correct where if i were to remove Mario from my game and request roblox makes it public, would that work and would they listen?

Yes, they won’t send a DMCA request unless your game actually has property owned by Nintendo.

Sure as long as Roblox thinks you did enough then will unban your game.
