So I’m currently making a game centered around WWI, but I’ve got a question about what I’m allowed to add, and what I’m not. I want to add “Poison Gas” into the game but I’m not sure if Roblox allows this. It’s an RTS “experience” and it’d be used as a sort of ability that would slowly damage enemy units without gas masks. Is this allowed? or would it fall under “Real Life Tragic Events”? Any help is appreciated.

Wait I have a question on that then. If you create anything that was a real life tragedy you’ll get your game banned. So what about games like Hedrows II, COR5, PF, Blackhawk? These games all include tragedy’s that happened. So would games like these be banned?
A game centered around WWI will be taken down. That is a guarantee. Poisonous Gas? To a certain extend, you can add that.
But again, do not make a game based on WWI. It falls against the strict Community Standards.

Actually, no, I don’t think that a WWI game would get taken down. It really depends on how much gore there is, how realistically they depict getting shot, etc etc.
I’ve seen plenty of WWI games, and WWII, and none of them get taken down.
A few examples being Hedgerows II, Call of Robloxia, DDay, and more that I can’t think of off the top of my head.
And for the gas, nerve gas exists in Those Who Remain, along with some other poison gas that the zombies explode with, so yes, poison gas is allowed, I take TOS with a grain of salt. They aren’t always as strict as they might seem.

Yes, but those games were made before the new ToS. This game is going to made AFTER the new ToS.
Hedgerows II was released after the new TOS for testing lol. And besides, if they were so strict on the new TOS, they would have taken those games down already, so in my point of view, WWI games are allowed, as well as gas
Oop. My bad. Ok. Well, I wouldn’t risk it though. In the end, its his choice.
Poison gas would not get your game banned/taken down.
Replecating a tragic real life event could get your game down,but I am not 100% sure about it since there are a lot of games based of a same event.

Seriously? You don’t WW1 and WW2 are classified as tragic events???
If anything, its classified as more serious than a tragic event.
If its like just lowering your HP with a coughing animation or whatever, its fine.
