What I was trying to say is if you go to the create a tab on a plain baseplate and hit configure start place it allows you to change the server count. For example, you can change the maximum players in a server from 50 to 10. Then, you would have to code (which is what he did) to kick them once they die.
Actually never mind I re-read what he said and he meant once they die they cant join back.
Yes thatās my point, if I just left the server unlocked after it ended, if someoneās trying to join a new server then, they would join the same ongoing one. Im trying to make it also so their is ā1ā winner and 1 only.
Try creating something like mm2 do you have a lobby for the players that just joined? Also, try creating a code that remembers the player ID when that player ID gets kicked they have to join a new server.
mm2? This Is not a minigame game or anything???
Theirs no Lobby, I donāt get the point of having one because the players spawn in the middle of the Baseplate on Spawns.
I know mm2 is not a minigame but you could still make a lobby for the players that just joined that server
What I was trying to say is that what if a new player joins? Are they going to spawn in the middle of the baseplate or is that where the server lock comes in
Why a lobby? its not supposed to be a loop for this to happen, but instead a 1 time thing, if the players just join then, their gonna get kicked if the game already started.
Ok thank you I was not understanding that part I thought if a player joined they would spawn in the middle of the game which would be annoying for the other players
If anyoneās available, can you join the game after 5s?
I donāt know, but PlayerGui isnāt a service.
The code works I got kicked with a message saying the game has already started
oh good Since I fixed the script were it checks the players, Im going to test if the game will start with 2 people
Me lol, Im just built like that.
Thanks for the code, it worked, I just did something wrong
Is their a way to check if the player dies?
my hopes were up
But yeah, thanks for (at one point) using my answer!
Technicallyā¦
I kind of been using it, just has a few errors here and their which caused your script not to work
Also me being a big dum dum decided to not test it with another person to check if me or they got kick
I tried it by myself and the cars seemed like they couldnāt turn that well. I recommend trying to make the carās wheels turn in that direction (if possible if you canāt do it it is ok I donāt think I can do it either, and I donāt want you break the car if the script goes wrong) like a car in real life. Sorry I accidentally replied to the wrong person
I can make it so that the wheels are more kind of separated from the car, It may help!
also why is their a big black hole gap between post
I believe that should work and you may need to program the wheels so they go left and right. (I have only built cars I have never programmed one)
