Is there a way to cut meshes?

I’m trying to remove this excess part. I tried using part cutter but it didn’t work. Please let me know if there is a way to cut meshes. Thanks.

Cutting meshes in Roblox Studio is impossible, so you’d have to move it back into the 3D modeling program you made it in.
