Is there any other way to upload UGC items?

Hello!
I am getting in to the 3D modelling field using blender I would like to know If there is any way I can upload my creations once I make them to UGC. Do I need to fill out a request form or is it not possible.

You would have to be apart of the UGC program.

The UGC program is hand picked by roblox. You must show good 3d modelling skills to be in it.
