  1. Is there any way to change the look of the default shift lock look?

  2. The issue Is I can’t seem to think of a way to code it and make it be able to change the look of the shift lock.

  1. Simple question do I make a local script and put it into StarterPlayerScripts or StarterCharacterScripts

ServerScriptService is not suitable for localscripts.
But it’s up to you, i recommend you to do put this script in StarterGui or StarterPlayerScripts.

Don’t forget do it as LocalScript

Try make it normal script and put in ServerScriptService
