Is this a noticable delay on knockback? Or no? NEW PROBLEM [UNSOLVED] HELP!

I meant an MP4 compressor cuz it was above 10mb for some reason. Anyway, I tried adding bodyvelocity. Can’t tell if it fixed the delay? Do you think it did?

Still see some delay, its probably somewhere else in your script.

Well, I did this on the server-side and deleted bv with debris service. Not sure what else is wrong.

Ive seen people talk about replicating it on the client instead which is probably viable

Well i did it fully on the server somehow idk how.

But doens’t that cause security vulnerabilities, I’d choose safety over aesthetics.

I mean im doing it exactly as you are with bodyvelocity

Its just because its on the server which is why it lags a little

Honestly im not super concerned about it for my use but u should just replicate it on the client if smoothness matters that much to u

Ok actually that was a lie, Nobody told me it was a bad delay. I just was curious.

I would just replicate it the client, it kind of irks me for my game aswell lol

Also looking back now I think the original is actually less laggy than bodyvelocity and smoother.

With fireallclients then? Just get all the players and check if they do the uis.InputBegan event?

No u only need to fire the knockbacked-player’s client itll replicate it other clients naturally
