Information
Alliances are a key part of Cilantro and we value them greatly, therefore we have compiled a guide containing all the relevant and latest information regarding alliances with Cilantro! Alliances allow us to interact with new communities, develop as a group and create new memories. Whilst also allowing us to help other groups and offering many beneficial perks! This guide is a great resource to use if you’re planning on forming an Alliance with Cilantro or would like to maintain an Alliance!

Requirements & Regulations
If you’d like to form an Alliance with Cilantro, please read the following requirement and ensure your group meets them:
- 500 ROBLOX Group Members. These Members should be real people and not bots or alternative accounts. If our Public Relations feels that your group is eligible of bypassing this, we may consider it!
- A sustainable amount of professionalism within the group.
- Organized graphics must be utilized within all group games & communications server.
- An active Discord Communications Server which is organized and well-managed, with professionalism and is able to announce Alliance Announcements.
- A sustainable amount of activeness throughout the ROBLOX Group and the Discord Server.
- A positive reputation with other groups and Cilantro.
- Your group cannot be a Military, Hate, or Fan Group. We are looking for hotel & cafe industry groups.
- Two Higher Rank Representatives within the Cilantro Communications Server that are able to communicate with our Hospitality Department to announce Events etc.
These requirements are frequently reviewed by our Public Relations Team and may be changed at any time. We do not offer any exceptions to these requirements and all need to be met before applying.
Cilantro may terminate an alliance at any given moment if we feel a group no longer meets our requirements or follows any of our General Group Rules. We may blacklist your group if we feel you are damaging the reputation of Cilantro, not following ROBLOX or Discord Terms Of Service, or not meeting our requirements, or repeatedly Direct Messaging members of Cilantro Hospitality Team regarding Applications.

Beneficial Perks
Once your application has been reviewed and accepted by our Public Relations Team, you may begin receiving Beneficial Perks. Those may include allowing two Higher Ranking Members of your Group to receive the role “Alliance Representative”; this is a required Beneficial Perk as it allows us to maintain a positive relationship and continuously announce Events etc. These two members may also receive the rank “Noted Customer” within our Group. You will also be able to announce Events and other Group happenings within out Communications Server to interact with our Community. Finally, you will be able to gain new members, friendships and memories whilst helping us to achieve our vision, ethos and goals!

Conclusion
Alliances are a key part of Cilantro and very much valued. We hope we are able to form an Alliance with many groups and maintain a positive reputation and relationship. Our requirements may change at any given moment due to our group still developing and growing. If you do not meet our Requirements or accept our Guidelines, we sadly will not be able to form an Alliance. Please only submit one application per month.
