So, in-studio, Leafy Grass does not have the new grass decoration attached to it. However in-game, it does have grass decoration attached to it.

Are you sure the grassy areas actually use Leafy Grass in-game?
Could it be a problem of changes done inside studio not being published to the main game yet?
Please stick to the format. There’s not enough information, and too many untold variables that could result in this behavior.

Yes I just published and just pressed play on a public server. We used leafy grass around edges in studio so around road edges they can remain green instead of dirt. As seen in the photo leafy grass has decoration in-game only and not showing in-studio.

Can confirm this is the case, leafy grass is showing the grass blades in-game but not in Studio.

Didn’t they say that leafy grass was being used to be used as a test between mesh grass and normal grass? If that is the case they may of re enabled leafy grass to have the decorations but haven’t for studio.
