Linear velocity with line mode accelerates when the mouse is flicked when the velocity is applied to a character

making a dash system, and the linear velocity is not only faster when in the air, but its also twice as powerful when you flick your mouse, as seen in my previous post. the script is included there, even if theres nothing special, but i dont know how to remove that mouse flick accelerating the force effect. tried setting max force to something else but it didnt fix the doubling the velocity glitch, it more just made it so the dash is unusable while on the ground, and way too powerful while in the air.
i was thinking about changing to plane mode, even though i dont know how to, or if it does anything.
im trying to make something like the dashes / tp dashes from the strongest battlegrounds (basically just trying to fix that bug with the velocity)
found nothing on the forum
