Ah, I see. By the way, is this a sword fighting game (where both parties are moving) or an RPG game (where one party is a static/dynamic NPC)? If it’s 2 players hitting each other then I don’t see how this would be an issue.
That’s exactly what I’m wondering too.
If you take a look at OP’s gif (the last one where there are two people fighting), you can see what’s going on.
I still can’t seem to reproduce that bug but still, some reports says that it still happens. That’s why I’m totally confused right now.
That ‘bug’ looks like a difference in ping between the two players. It’s very common to feel as if you’re hitting someone while sword fighting and the hit not actually going through because of ping. This might be a different case, but as you can’t replicate it, it most likely is ping.
EDIT: Note that ping spikes can stem from anything to wifi, server region, or running scripts in the background.
