Hello! This guide should be used by Shift Leader+ for hosting training sessions. Please note that Shift Leaders can only host there first 2 sessions under the supervision of a Trusted SHR+. Any questions about hosting training or interviewing sessions should be sent to a TSHR.
— Information about what happens before training —
The host should join about 15 minutes before the training session, then open the server 10 minutes before it’s due to start Choose the trainers and name the trainees the rank they would like to train for. About five minutes before you should enable PTS and you and the other HR should answer the trainees PTS. Anyone who speaks without PTS should be kicked. Then at the time when training starts you put the slock on and DO NOT turn it off for the whole session. Allowing friends in isn’t allowed and you will be demoted if we catch you.
— Group Shout Announcments —
Before you join the game: [TRAININGS/INTERVIEWS] Training’s/Interviews are being hosted by (Username). Trainees come down to get your desired rank/Guests come to start your Vision journey, staff are needed to help out.
After slock turns on say: [TRAININGS/INTERVIEWA] Training’s/Interview’s have been slocked, sorry if you couldn’t make it. Why don’t you head to the hotel?
After finished say: [TRAININGS/INTERVIEW’S] Training’s/Interview’s have concluded, well done to all the trainees/Guests that passed, if you didn’t there’s always next session! Have a good day!

Also dismiss trainers/interviews and helpers now to there designated stations.

:sm Trainees are now dismissed, please follow the co-host to the training area. Remember to get uniform and make your way to the designated rank you wish you train for.
Or
:sm Guests please remain seated until a interviewer comes over to you and asks you to follow them. Interviewers may start choosing candiates and start making your way to the interview rooms.
— During The Session —
You need to make sure as host you ensure all staff including MR’s are doing what they are suppose to and are following guides at all times. If for whatever reason a MR is unable to be a trainer at trainings, you may ask a LR to train. As host you may also still be requires to check guests/trainees answers and rank them. If any LR is not following guides or ignoring instructions you may kick them, any issues with MR please alert a SHR.
— After a Session —
You may use this time to congratulate staff and give any advice to staff if mistakes occurred frequently. If a TSHR+ is in game they may wish to give promotions please allow them time to fo this. After that is done you may shut down the server or tp players to the cafe.
