This is the receptionist Guide for Lion Hotels!

-THIS SHOULD ONLY BE USED BY THE RECEPTIONIST TRAINER-

When the helpers arrive make sure to tell them the following information:

Ask everyone if they have guides, Shift+ will check this also.
Do NOT hint to your trainee, this could lead to a kick from the server by a HR+ if they catch you.

After the host says something like: “Trainees are now dismissed, please choose the rank you want to speclise in”. Welcome to trainees, ask them how they are doing etc. After the host starts say something like: “Welcome my name is (Name) I will be the trainer this session, please listen to the following which will help you pass the session today”.

Job Role:
Receptionist are responsable for welcome and checking guests in and out of rooms.

Receptionist Rules:

Don’t abuse the points system, abusing it to get points etc will result in a demotion and a ban from the hotel.

Follow all rules at all time.

Make sure to call a HR if a troller reaches max warnings.

Follow priority: Serve, fast lane, penthouse, suites, then normal lanes.

Trainee Information:

Listen to all instructions given by the trainer and helpers.

You will be told how to use the check in system by your helper.

First, when you choose your trainee, introduce yourself and ask if they have any questions. Then start with the triva.

What is your greeting?

How would you contact a HR if a troller got max warnings?

What would you do if there was an exploiter?

How do you know if someone has the suite/penthouse game-pass?

After that do a troll test on the trainee to see how would they deal with it. You can just make it up as you go.
