Our goal is to meld creative minds together to create something larger than the sum of its parts. To create games of varying genre. We do not discriminate based off international origin, skill, or socioeconomic status. And it is our policy to ensure every developer gets equal treatment, no matter the skill.

There’s no payment listed here which is extremely odd. It’s never detailed whether you do or don’t expect developers to work for free or for very low prices. I’d suggest changing this otherwise you may expect lots of developers to both breeze past your both and become uninterested. Remember that developers expect payment for their work, regardless of what the group says their time is valuable.
