I don’t have very good scripting skills but I was wondering if there is a way for if you press a GUI button it shows up your friends list with the option to invite your friends to the game, like this

That’s not custom, that’s an actual feature. See SocialService. Specifically from here the function is PromptGameInvite. The release announcement can be found here:
Please use the search bar in the future as well. Searching “invite friends” gave me results that shows this feature in use, which you could’ve found as well.
