I reported an incorrectly moderated asset (chef_hat - Roblox) to the moderation review requests team and it was approved, about a month ago. Recently, I have noticed that assets are being moderated after being approved previously for seemingly no reason, a game icon was recently moderated for no reason and approved again as well. The issue with this system is that my asset was already approved from a false moderation, and the system has moderated it once again. I have been informed by the moderators and dev relations that assets cannot be approved twice, so now it’s stuck in limbo.
When you request directly to the thumbnail APIs, you get a response that looks like this:

I’m unaware of how you would even go about reproducing this issue as I have no clue how the moderation tools work and what goes on behind the scenes. My friends and even Discord can even see that this asset is declined. This is also not a caching issue as it has been at least a month and when I try in incognito I see the exact same thing:
I had a similar problem with this where my asset (a copy of the Dominus Infernus, can be found on the front page for meshes) was deleted. I appealed, got it accepted, and then had 1-2 other times where it was deleted a few weeks after, seemingly from automation.
Are there any updates on when this issue will be resolved? This has been happening to a number of our clothing items with over 500k sales, and people are getting quite annoyed with items being deleted every other day even though they’re things that have already been re-approved by mod_review_requests.
