There is a rare chance that fields in the “My Transactions” Summary page report numbers that are less than the actual value. This has occurred for me 3 times within 20 page refreshes. When this happens, at least one field may be reported wrong – at most, multiple fields at the same time. Some of the affected fields I found are:
Incoming Robux - Publishing Advance Rebates is inaccurate (less than actual)
Incoming Robux - Community Payouts is inaccurate (less than actual)
Incoming Robux - Pending Robux is inaccurate (less than actual)
Some fields may also disappear/reappear upon every refresh. This is a much more common occurrence. Some of the affected fields I found are:
Incoming Robux - Premium Stipends
Incoming Robux - Sales of Goods
Incoming Robux - Currency Purchases
Incoming Robux - Commissions
Incoming Robux - Earnings from Trades
Incoming Robux - Premium Payouts
Incoming Robux - Roblox Adjustments
Outgoing Robux - Developer Exchange
Outgoing Robux - Cost of Trades
Outgoing Robux - Sponsored Ad Spend
Although these are the fields that I personally found while refreshing the page, the bug may as well affect all fields.
I’ve also been experiencing an issue with community transactions and revenue summary taking an extremely long time to load and sometimes not loading at all.
would like to also say this has been happening to me, the robux pending in my group has fluctuated from 36-70 pending every few refreshes, with none of it going into funds.
edit : forgot to add this to the original reply, but the transactions page feels exceptionally slow. its taking up to 10 seconds to fully load. the rest of the website is loading fine.
Just wanted to say thanks a lot for working on the weekends; there’s been quite a few prominent bugs that have popped up which haven’t been able to be addressed as engineers have been on break for so long due to Thanksgiving.
I wanted to add that our group funds are totally broken due to what I’m presuming is this same issue. We’ve been logging funds every time they change to measure the impact, take a look:
This is hugely impacting our ability to properly gauge revenue stats, and I’m truly hoping it’s just a visual bug and doesn’t negatively affect the funds actually getting to us. The dramatic changes in funds do not line up with any purchases made, and we’re sure this is a bug.
Hi Roman, I’m sorry for the negative impact this has had. I just wanted to clarify that this is just a visual bug in our reporting system and won’t effect your funds received.
Since yesterday I can’t view my Sales Of Goods in My Transactions page, in the Network tab (devtools) I see it throws an Error 500 (Internal Server Error) despite refreshing for like 20 times
