More clearified post removal reasons for Off Topic Posts

Basically, when your post in #development-discussion gets removed for beeing off-topic, there aren’t any details on what was off topic.

It should precise:

  • Your post has been removed because it doesnt contribute something to developers
  • Your post doesn’t encourage discussion
  • Your post isn’t specific enough
  • Your post is concerning another concern

I totally agree, as someone who posts a good bit, this is definitely annoying.

Also, I don’t wanna be that person but there already is a post for this —> Be More Specific in Post Removals

i’m aware of this but i want the staff to more focus on clearify for off topic since most of my topics beeing taken down in developer discuttion and i don’t really know why.

#development-discussion is particularly bad, as the guidelines for the category don’t actually seem to reflect the actual rules. I’ve seen a lot of posts that follow the “rules” from the about thread, but still got removed for some reason

its like some peoples are flagging post in #development-discussion for fun and staff don’t take the time to check if the topic is actually on topic or not
