More issues on clothes

Well, I’ve also discovered that when you upload a piece of clothing, sometimes the color comes out way lighter than you intended. I’ve compared my picture to the shirt in game, and am merely unhappy. Are there solutions for this?

Could this be due to in-game lighting?

I checked the quality in catalog and referred it to the picture :grimacing:

Could you possibly provide screenshots? I’m struggling to understand this.

Do these work?

I can only guess that this is due to the lighting in the game you took that picture in. If it’s not that, I’m afraid I have no idea.

Then it looks like this on the website. Color is a bit more on point image

This should be in #help-and-feedback:art-design-support, the cool creations category is for feedback on an asset that you display.

It is most likely of three reasons:

  1. The lighting in-game causes it to be different in result, which can be solved by using a local file importer to test the final product.
  2. Encoding of the colors are incompatible, resulting in automatic conversion.
  3. Display issue, mismatched?

I know I have this issue sometimes. The clothing when worn, looks like its outstretched, blurry, and the color is off point. I haven’t found a way to fix this, as I just ignore it and just wear it.

I’m the type of person to inspect everything so any little detail bothers me :joy:
