Hey guys, I am Heroo and recently I was trying to do my first ever DevEx of 30k robux exactly. But for some reason my DevEx keeps on getting rejected over and over again even though it was earned through animation commissions. I am not sure If this is a glitch or do I have to have little more then 30k robux? I am not sure what is exactly going on.

Are you sure EXACTLY 30k robux was earned through gamepasses, or anything related to development?
If not, then that’s why. It’s also better for your first devex to be game-made.
Was it a group payout or a gamepass? Keep in mind that roblox can’t verify funds earned from commissions, if it was a gamepass, your chances are low.
It was Gamepass, how do I prove I got it from commissions? It’s not like I scammed people to get the robux I earned it via comm.
Yeah, I got exactly 30k robux from a single comm. I got it via comm I did w animations.
How did the person pay you? (chars)
I was payed via gamepass and It was 30k+tax and whatever.
SInce you got your Robux via gamepasses by animation comms, you could try making a DevEx support ticket and providing a link to a Youtube Video which explains how you got the robux and proof of your work, Group funds would’ve been better but it is what it is!
Roblox does tell that robux received from a template game does not count as earned robux so you’ll have to proof them that you did actually earn such robux.
