Make sure you join the Artist group in the DevForum for others to know that you are an artist! Then go to your preferences and choose the Artist title!

I use PaintTool Sai too. I just use it because its more for drawing, while apps like Photoshop is more for image editing.
I am not really an artist, but I am getting better

That is truly amazing! If you get your name out there, you will become a very prominent Artist in the roblox community! 
also I recommend getting a better watermark, art theft is a huge problem rn
