Need help with GUI Scaling

Hello, i need help with scaling my GUI i use that plugin for it but it doesnt work for some reason it doesnt work…

This is how i want it to be on all PC screen sizes

But this happens when i resize

I tryed using that plugin but for some reason it doesnt work

Put this in the size box (1,0,1,36) and the position to (0,0,0,-36) that should make the GUI cover that whole screen.

I dont want it to cover whole screen i need to resize it when someone haves small monitor it would be same like on my giant monitor
