New grass feature isn't showing in game

Yes, it still isn’t active in the games, however you can enable it and experiment with it pretty early.

How do I get it?
To enable grass select Workspace-> Terrain-> Decoration = true and all of your Terrain grass will now have a geometric grass.

As said by @ConvexRumbler, you can go into Workspace and click on Terrain, go to the properties panel and click on the decoration button by clicking on the check, the grass will now show up every-time you place a piece of grass terrain.
