I’m trying Flood Escape 2 right now, not seeing it.
hold on ill get some footage might take a few minutes since i need to not leak anything from said project lol
quickly went into a random place and did it via changing offset manually
That’s not a bug… If you change the offset manually, of course you’re going to get that behavior, it’s designed.
Someone help fix this issue, need this fixed asap
i am flabbergasted you said this have you ever like used shift lock before
it locks on slightly to the right of the avatar, camera offset would apply an offset to that offset
new update broke this people wouldn’t have noticed anything was wrong if something didn’t break
i feel like i said that too mean
do you happen to know the offset of the shiftlock
i would wait until roblox fixes the issue instead of trying to fix it yourself since you’ll have to revert the changes once they do
yea i get that but still do you have the shiftlock offset
probably like 1.5 to 2 studs on the x axis idk lol
It’s 1.75, 0, 0.
thanks a lot pookieeeeeeeeeeee
randoms??? excuse me? this is literally a roblox bug.
This is definitely an unintentional thing that I am also experiencing. The recent changes to the CameraModule seem to just override any changes to CameraOffset while in shift lock.
okay maybe you are actully helpful but pls dont be rude and call me a random. im just a living scripter
I FOUND THE SOLUTION! I USED A OLD PLAYERMODULE AND CHANGED SOME STUFF!
IF YOU WANT IT TO FIX CAMERA OFFSET PUT THIS IN STARTER PLAYER SCRIPTS
im depressed i have to do this for all of my games…
The update is the cause of the bug. It was meant to fix something else but is making CameraOffset unusable in shift lock now.
