Can’t wait to see the fully finished product, massive W to the engineers

Figured as much. Happy to bring this up internally and see if we can change this!

Currently having issues with items vanishing in the new explorer while the items still existing in workspace (in a folder), not sure if anyone else is having this issue? It can even be selected in the workspace and it will never show in the explorer, and will never come up in search. Unsure of replication instructions but if I find it again I will share?

Otherwise an excellent additional and loads insanely quick even on huge places

Hmmm, this is an interesting bug we haven’t heard of. Please do share a video if you find a way to repro!

Honestly I really love this new update, but I can’t help but think the search would benefit from a suggested completion for class types

Same for me. Especially these two kinda messed up my muscle memory lol. But expected since it’s a beta.

The order of services seems to be slightly… wrong.

For reference, here's my explorer before

And here's my explorer with the beta enabled

Note: my complaint is not the number of items shown. I know what I opted into by enabling the “Show hidden services” option in Studio’s settings, and I’m a big boy, I can handle it. My complaint is the order of things.

I actually prefer being able to see more things.

We’ve seen this very very rarely, but unfortunately don’t have a repro…if you have one, we would be able to jump on this right away.

We have a fix in flight for matching the order of the old Explorer that we hope to deploy tomorrow.

Will this include removing the new things I can now see or will I still be granted sight beyond sight?

You can use it, you just choose not to.

It does  That’s just the list of common shorthands.

Type c: to filter for and get an autocomplete list of classes. Note that the arrow keys to switch between them may not work yet.

Unless the ancient warlock from the distant forest discovers the ward we hid in a bush, I think it’ll look like whatever it looks like now, just with the correct order.

Which bush, specifically? The forest is massive!

Ah brilliant! I would’ve thought c: would’ve been the most common shorthand though?

Also can’t help but think that as you’re typing a c: the suggestions should adapt based on what you’re typing as once you start typing, you’re really on your own! :frowning:

Beware of the man with the gold-purple robe, he seeks the ward you’ve hidden… And shall do anything to reach it…

If you guys are planning to remove the smooth scrolling, maybe this could be the right time to ask you guys if you could add a Scroll Speed / Scroll Step property for ScrollingFrames? It’s very much needed

Kind of an unrelated question, when will we see the next-gen properties tab? Is that managed by a separate studio team?

They are for me, are they not for you?

Aside from stuff already mentioned here (darker font in light mode, smaller spacing), I’d like to bring up the fact that Ctrl + Shift + Click currently does nothing. In most - if not all - programs I use it’s doing almost the same thing as Shift + Click, so I’m simply used to that combination rather than the one without the Ctrl key. I’d really appreciate if this behaviour was brought back, as the combination used to work in the old explorer too.
