This is a good starting point. I run something similar for roleplay communities, yet more so full on management rather than just bans, and I was curious about how your system operates; maybe my questions will help you advance your service.
- How scalable is your system? What if some game with high ccu added your API? Would your servers and database be able to keep up?
- How else are you preventing unauthorized requests? API Key is not enough. How are you preventing/detecting, for example, Roblox-Id header spoofing?
- How mobile friendly is your dashboard? Many services suffer from a bad user experience for mobile users, which make up a significant amount of moderators.
- How do you make money? At some point you’ll be forced to upgrade your storage and/or compute. How do we know this won’t shut down randomly, taking thousands of bans with it?
- How is this better than any other system, including Roblox’s new ban system? This definitely needs more features before it can be useful, and I would particularly recommend media uploads for ban evidence.
- What security practices have you put in place to protect your customers and the safety of data?
- Does your API properly use rate limits?
- Why did you decide to make your website without modern framework? Not really a critique, just curious. You should check out react.
And lastly, why are you making this whitelist required?
I respect the development, but at its current state, I don’t think this service is “worth it” for any game to use. Far more reliable and efficient systems exist (including in-game admin commands, Roblox’s ban api, and etc.). To get people to use services like these, you need to make them be able to trust that you won’t just lose all their data one day on top of providing some unique feature(s) that outweigh the risk that people take on by using a third party data manager.

Hi, it seems like you are reinventing the wheel, Roblox already has a ban section for each game where you can ban a person from your game, from the panel and through an API. Introducing the Ban API and Alt Account Detection
The Ban API also bans alt accounts!

I think your resource is great, however, if you want your post to gain traction, I recommend open sourcing it on github.
- Right now, people would find it insecure due to the website being hosted by someone who isn’t them.
- Open sourcing allows the devs to modify it to fit their specific needs.
- You can use a license to keep your “copyright”

Arx probably means that you should let everyone use the website’s code for their own purpose. That could allow people to make forks that can even be very interesting for the owner to get ideas on how to improve their product.
Hopefully, it’s not about letting anybody mess with the website. 
It is to allow people to inspire themselves from your work.
If I was you, I’d go for it.
And, another yet off-topic question, why do you always use Nexus? Nothing at this, but I’m just wondering.

No. This is my code I worked for. This allows for even more ways to Crash my service. Just for making it open source i can ruin my life.
Well my domain starts with NexusDark so i can do stuff like nexusban.nexusdarl.com, etc
