This guide is to be used for all types of trainings. This will be updated as necessary.

Training Types and Information

Introductory Trainings

These trainings are designed to give Recruits a basic introduction to the group. How the group works, its purpose, etc. Attending one is an auto-promotion to Cadet unless you break a major rule.

  • Attendees: Recruits ONLY. (Why would you attend if you’re not a recruit?)
  • Hosters: Certified Trainers and anyone Advancement or higher.
  • Co-Hosts: Certified Trainers and anyone Kinetic or higher.

Basic Trainings

These trainings teach Recruits and Cadets a more detailed introduction into NOF, compared to Introductory Trainings. At this stage, you’ll learn the rules, proper grammar, rank structure, basic formations, combat skills, and obby skills. Attending one is an auto-promotion unless you break a major rule.

  • Attendees: Recruits and Cadets.
  • Hosters: Certified Trainers and anyone Order or higher.
  • Co-Hosts: Certified Trainers and anyone Advancement or higher.

Regular Trainings

These trainings teach members from Cadet to Kinetic essential skills. Including but not limited too, common formations, common combat techniques, and how too complete harder obbies. Hosters will give out promotions as they see fit.

  • Attendees: Cadets to Kinetic.
  • Hosters: Certified Trainers and anyone Order or higher.
  • Co-Hosts: Certified Trainers and anyone Advancement or higher.

Advanced Trainings

These trainings teach members more complex skills. Including rare and advanced formations, combat techniques, and much harder obbies. Hosters will give out promotions as they see fit, it will also be much harder to get promoted.

  • Attendees: Anyone Advancement or higher.
  • Hosters: Senior Certified Trainers and anyone Morning or higher.
  • Co-Hosts: Senior Certified Trainers and anyone Morning or higher.

Group-wide Trainings

These trainings are rarely used, and there are no exact details as too what they’ll be. These are usually reserved for teaching members skills that an enemy is adept at, such as fighting an aerial-only based military or PMC. Promotions are auto-give unless you’re Advancement+, or if you break a major rule.

  • Attendees: Anyone.
  • Hosters: Education & Training HR’s and anyone Morning+
  • Co-Hosts: Senior Certified Trainers and anyone Blaze or higher.

Announcement

You’re free to announce the message however you wish, however, try to include the following information:

  • Game Link
  • Type of Training
  • When the Training starts and when the Training is locked (if it is.)
  • What uniform to get
  • Where the training will be

The Training

You’re free to host the training however you want, however, there are some essential element (in no particular order):

  • The firing range.
  • The obby.
  • The classroom.

Besides that, feel free to host it however you wish. Be as strict or as lenient as you wish, and include other elements as you see fit.

ALWAYS

remember basic trainer etiquette.
  • Give at least one warning for any rule violations. Except mass-shootings and hacking or exploiting.
  • Although we want our members to be as best trained as possible, this is still a game.
  • Don’t abuse your position, rank, power, mod, or admin.
  • And all the other rules listed in the rules document.
  • If somebody goes AFK out of the blue, once or twice, don’t punish them. We have lives people.
